As Design Lead at The Team, I managed the creative direction of the NS&I app over a three-year engagement. I led UX and visual design, developed new features, and built a scalable design library for the UK’s state-owned savings bank, serving 24 million customers. I also art directed motion and animation in collaboration with a talented team of motion designers. To ensure user-centered outcomes, I worked closely with key stakeholders and conducted customer interviews to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
